Auditions for "Plaza Suite"
Auditions for "Plaza Suite" will be held on Tuesday 21st February at 7.30 p.m. in the P.A.C., Ballard School. Scripts will be available at the January Club night, or phone Helen on 01425 610211 or Jane on 01425 617324.
"Plaza Suite" is a hilarious comedy by Neil Simon, about three American couples successively occupying a suite in the Plaza Hotel, New York. (American accents required!).
CAST LIST:
Act 1
Bellhop: Young boy
Karen Nash: 48 year old housewife. Smart in an old fashioned way.
Fusses over her husband.
Sam Nash: 50ish, smart. Vain businessman.
Waiter: Middle-aged Puerta Rican.
Jean McCormack: 20-30's, attractive Secretary.
Act 2
Waiter: Non-speaking.
Jesse Kiplinger: 40-50's, suave, self confident. Fancies himself as a ladies man
Muriel Tate: Late 30's - very early 40's. Attractive, dressed to impress.
Act 3
Norma Hubley: Nervous, harassed and worried - particularly about her appearance.
Roy Hubley: Confident in the Board Room but distinctly nervous about the success of his daughter's wedding.
Bordon Eisler: Bridegroom - confident manner.
Mimsey Hubley: Young girl, 18-25.
