When you order by email, your calendars will be posted to you upon receipt of payment by cheque. The cost of the calendars including (postage and packaging) is as follows:

You will then receive an email confirming the cost of your order and requesting you to send a cheque. The calendars will be posted to upon receipt of the cheque.
